St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, MD seeks a Director of Alumni Affairs & Giving. This position is responsible for the planning and implementation of programs and projects that strategically engage alumni to provide tangible benefits to the school, the alumni community, and current students.

Founded in 1978, St. Andrew’s is a co-educational independent day school, enrolling 645 students in preschool-grade 12. St. Andrew’s 19-acre Postoak Campus has been enhanced in recent years with the addition of the 43,000sf Student Center and Izzo Quadrangle (2016) and 31,000sf Lower School (2019).

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, communications, or marketing role.
Prior experience in alumni affairs of an independent school or college--either as a professional or volunteer-- is preferred. Candidates should be people-oriented, creative and high energy, with strong organizational and writing skills. Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge software is a plus.
