Our client is a global leader in the clean energy and renewables market. Having recently expanded their global energy trading platform, they are now seeking an experienced HR business partner to join them in scaling up existing operations in London.
Reporting directly to Head of HR in Asia, you take charge of end-to-end HR functions within London and provide consultative HR services to the Group's management team. You will manage the country's HR initiatives and drive improvements in performance management, talent development and workplace culture. You will play an active role in developing HR strategies to ensure the company remains up-to-date with progressive HR best practices.
You are an experienced HR practitioner with at least 5 years of business partnering experience in an energy trading or commodities firm, or would have otherwise interacted regularly with traders. You have hands-on experience across a range of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement. You are a self-starter, partner well with business leaders, and can communicate your ideas clearly to influence.
