Develop budgets, staffing plans, and work plans in the region to achieve the costs targets of the business. Included in this is management of manufacturing burden variance, material burden variance, freight costs, and other direct costs that impact the OE of the business in region. Responsible for actions to drive YOY productivity through efficiency gains.
Responsible for commercial activities of the Remanufacturing and Repair business, including distributor performance to business objectives. Develop incentive programs, distributor and sales education plans, goal setting and distributor accountability plans for execution to plan. Must be able to communicate and articulate business value and remove barriers to channel execution while managing financial performance. Manages concession and customer complaint process for AMR in the region.
Directs and controls the activities of functional managers directly and indirectly reporting to the position that have an impact on cost or delivery in the region. Provide leadership in the region in daily operations which include but are not limited to: customer care interaction, supply chain production control, establishing priorities, coordination of activities with off-shift management and order shipments.
Drive policy deployment for area including KPIs, action plans and countermeasures. Coordinate operations and maintenance support for the Remanufacturing areas across the region. Heavy focus to c reate and execute a strategy that exceeds customer expectations relative to quality and timeliness for repair.
Lead and monitor projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost.
Fosters a culture of innovation and creative problem solving to drive out solutions to meet challenging customer requirements in regions, while complying with global standardization and policies. Empowers employees to make decisions that are customer centric while balancing financial expectations.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to support critical customer requirements as needed.
