St. Mary's Ryken is seeking applications for the Dean of Student Life. This 12-month administrative role oversees all aspects of student life and extracurricular programs at a school of 700 students.
Major responsibilities will include assuring clear and consistent support for positive student behavior as well as the implementation of the school's emergency plan.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
The ability to work collaboratively with faculty and parents
Be a practicing Catholic
Hold a Master's degree with Administration & Supervision certification and 5 years prior teaching/administrative experience at the secondary level.
Ability to work effectively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high energy, positive work environment
Have expertise in using technology to organize information
Knowledge of Restorative and Social Justice and Culturally Relevant and Equity Practices
