The Director of Admissions is responsible for the supervision, coordination and management of all aspects relating to the college’s recruitment and admissions practices for Hilbert’s on-ground undergraduate programs. The director collaborates with the Vice President for Enrollment Management on recruiting strategy and then executes and manages all recruiting activity. The director is responsible for updating content and project coordination relative to recruitment collateral, including advertising. The director is the primary spokesperson at recruiting events held on campus and will also participate in many off campus recruiting events. The director is a member of the marketing leadership team. The director is expected to collaborate extensively and encourage cross training with the offices of student financial services and student records.

High energy, positive attitude, team player. Master’s Degree in Higher Education, MBA, or a related field of study. Valid driver’s license. 5+ years of recruiting experience in a college environment with progressive responsibility and/or 5+ educational administrative experience in education or a combination of both. Minimum of 3 years of professional staff supervisory experience. Experience with CRM applications and Student Information Systems. Experience with opportunity programs including HEOP and Say Yes.
