Manage projects from the fee proposal to the final punch list.
Manage client expectations and keep all forms of communication open.
Manage project schedules and deadlines.
Manage project budgets and produce cost estimates.
Manage the production of the construction documents and specifications.
Manage in-house and out-of-house consultants such as Ecological, Geotechnical, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, Environmental and others when needed.
Coordinate project with all reviewing agencies and utility companies.
Obtain construction permits.
Engineering and Design – Responsibilities and Duties
Design and model storm water management systems including pipe network, detention basins, water quality practices and erosion control.
Design roads and pavements.
Sanitary sewer systems. Pump station design.
Water Lines and appurtenances.
Grading and mass earthwork quantities.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET accredited institution. Hold a professional engineer’s license and should have 2-4 years of design and project management experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Programs, AutoCAD and Civil 3D and have excellent communication skills.
