About the Role
The trainer is expected to be organized and experience Team member and will be responsible to evaluate the needs and current practices to create and deliver a training development plan with trainer and student materials, collaterals, tutorials, instructions and learning resources both offline and online alongside modules and guides The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools, techniques and resources required to improve the Team Member training experience in terms of training and performance The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize the already available and newly created training materials
Being the trainer, understand the responsibilities and deliver the same as a Facilitator, Trainer, Coach and mentor to team members, leaders and key stakeholders
Have a working and hands-on knowledge on the various roles that are available in the Business Process Management world, namely Process Modeler, Process Designer, Process Architect, Scrum Master, etc.
Develop a schedule to assess training needs
Conduct employee surveys and interviews to assess the need and outcomes of trainings
Consult with other trainers, Process Engineer Managers and their peers and other stakeholders on the requirements, feedback and outcomes of the trainings conducted and to be conducted
Track and compile collected data. Understand the outcomes of analyzed data as provided by the respective teams
Communicate training needs and online resources
Create training strategies, initiatives and materials
Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology as required
Test and review created materials
Maintain a database of all training materials
Instruct employee training and onboarding
Conduct training through new methods (in person, online, virtual and other modes as available) from time to time, within the confines of the policies and procedures as laid by the organization
Review Team Member performance and learning
Coordinate and monitor enrollment and accesses, schedules, costs and equipment
Market Skills and Certifications
University Graduate with overall experience on 15+ years
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
Training, Corporate Training, or a relevant position
Certifications to support training skills in areas of Business Process Management, Process Decomposition, Process Engineering and Improvement, Agile and Scrum etc.
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent or higher
Black Belt in Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma
Knowledge and hands-on experience in data analytical tools such as Minitab, R Language, Python etc.
Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional materials/manuals and teaching platforms
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets and schedules
Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Excellent leadership, team building and management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Certifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), and experience in CMM or other pathways
Certification in Project Management (PMP / Prince2)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information, derive the implications, and present them in an effective way, ideally in the Wells Fargo environment.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word).
Solid experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment.
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong process orientation and enforcement.
Superior business consulting and relationship management skills.
Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, dashboard, and presentations for management/senior leaders.
