NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intensive Residential Treatment program (IRTP) located in Worcester, MA.
The Worcester IRTP is a locked treatment program serving adolescent youth between the ages of 13-17 who are referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH).
The primary role of the Registered Nurse will be to provide direct nursing care, nursing assessment of program consumers, medical documentation and record keeping and medication administration. Nurses are integral members of the Treatment Team.
Status: Full time
Hourly rate: $36.00
Schedule: 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm
Degree of Registered Nurse required with current, unrestricted Massachusetts nursing license.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
Professional RN with strong work ethic.
Strong attention to detail.
Values multidisciplinary team approach.
Role model for staff and clients.
Engaged in learning and professional growth and development.
Experience with the program population a plus.
Must hold a valid driver's license and operate a reliable vehicle.
