We are looking for an assistant superintendent who can join our team and based out of West Palm / Wellington area in Florida handle independent installations. Capillary Concrete is being used in baseball field construction, Hydroponic grass systems, Equestrian fields and many more applications. This is an exciting time with our company as we are growing and expanding into many different markets, and we are looking for someone who is independent and goal-oriented, has ability to think outside the box and work hard. This is who we are, and we need someone who will fit our team, has energy and not afraid to dig in when necessary. Corporate world head office is in Celebration, FL, and our testing and construction location is in Wellington, FL.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assists in planning and supervising the installation of bunkers, hydroponics, baseball, etc
Manage installation crews and projects by assisting and training workers.
Supervise and manage our workshop in Wellington, FL
Assist our founder and CEO in product development and applications.
Employee safety and personnel discipline.
Maintains records associated with the projects and installations.
Oversees the contractor training program.
Employment Requirements:
Candidate is preferred to have completed a 2 or 4 year turf degree/related field.
1-2 experience as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent,
Knowledge of rules of golf, etiquette, and methods of play.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in golf maintenance and grounds keeping practices.
Maintain effective employee and public relations, social media activities.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
