Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist

PTC is seeking a DEI leader who loves the build phase. We are in the early stages of our DEI journey and this is a great opportunity to help shape a Community of Expertise that impacts every part of the business. You will be a critical part of a highly motivated team of champions that are seeking meaningful change. Yes, that means a bit of generalist work. We’ll co-create areas of specialization for you and the DEI team as we go.

Help evolve and drive our enterprise-wide DEI strategy and initiative.
Partner the People Team to enhance and implement policies, practices, and systems.
Analyze data across all aspects of DEI (including employee engagement, talent management, customer experience, and corporate social responsibility) to identify issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for quality metrics and quality standards.
Work with Global DEI Champions and ERG leaders to prioritize workstreams.
Coach PTC leaders and teams on developing effective success metrics.
Represent DEI at PTC in internal and external forums (conferences and events).
Design and facilitate learning experiences.
Curate and develop resources to support DEI learning for employees, partners, and customers.
Support ERG program as needed.
Manage DEI interns as needed.
Expertise in program strategy and project management.
Skilled group discussion facilitator.
Ability to motivate and influence senior leadership, stakeholders, and peer groups.
Ability to tap into how DEI contributes to core business strategy and results.
Facility for distinguishing between strategy and tactics.
Agility is critical!
5+ years of professional experience in DEI.
Experience in change management preferred.
Background in, accessibility for the workplace and/or customer experience, preferred.
Multi-geo DEI experience preferred.
