Landon’s admissions team is a high-energy, creative group that attracts, motivates, and enrolls more than 100 boys to join Landon every year. The Assistant Director of Admissions/Admissions Database and Communications Coordinator is a key member of the admissions team whose primary responsibility is to help ensure a robust pool of applicants by:
Serving as the initial source of information for prospective students/families and manage the journey of assigned prospective families through outreach, tours, and interviews
Assisting in the execution of the marketing plan and development of communication pieces designed to showcase Landon’s programs and recruit families to the School
Managing the admissions database including coordinating the preparation, collection, and storage of enrollment data
Coordinating with the admissions team with the planning and executing of admissions events (open houses, regional receptions, parent coffees)

Requirements include:
A Bachelor’s degree or related work experience and knowledge of academic environment helpful
Experience in admissions, marketing or similar outreach experience desired
Effective communication skills required to ensure the flow of information across different personnel and departments
Strong technical skills including successful experience using database software
Self-starter who is passionate about achieving results
