As the regional lead for Real Estate team in UK and Ireland, you will have the overall responsibility over lease administration, real estate transaction management, facilities operations, design & construction, building management, moves planning and any other real estate activities required to offer a great customer experience that inspires and energises our employees, partners and visitors. The portfolio includes over 1.1 million square feet and impacts over 2600 people on a daily basis.
Inspire the team to deliver a "best-in-class" customer experience.
Ensure that the real estate portfolio is maintained within compliance with local regulations.
Plan the estate portfolio vision.
Guide the team to enable real estate transactions and ensure long term planning is implemented to acquire / dispose assets.
Own the financial metrics for the region and proactively identify / deliver opportunities.
Develop robust business cases to support proposed recommendations.
Ensure that the services delivered are customer-centric and aim to enhance the workplace customer experience.
Support global / regional teams in project implementations.
Experience with integration of multicultural firms as a result of M&A activity.
Multi-faceted / highly adaptable to changing priorities.
Energy/Utilities management experience.
