Reporting to the Asia Pacific OEM Director, the OEM Process Segment Manager, Asia Pacific will work in close association with regional sales management in Asia Pacific ensuring that OEM strategies are in line with overall corporate/AP objectives in the assigned segment - PROCESS. Selling Rockwell's software, product and solutions and services into Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) and builders, the Segment Manager will assure the continued growth rate of the OEM product & solutions business within the assigned Segment. The Segment Manager will help identify further growth opportunities with the existing customer base as well as identify trends and opportunities that are necessary to increase Rockwell's market share in the assigned Segment. Additionally, the Segment Manager will work with Rockwell's core industries which rely on the assigned Segment for furthering Rockwell's market share, such as CPG and Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Chemical, W/WW, Mining, Metal and other industries.
Build AP OEM Process Segment strategy. Ensure alignment of strategies with the industry, business units, market access, and Global OEM team.
Implement best-in-class sales processes to drive results. Ensure all account planning and metrics are done on a regular basis in support of the company's strategies. Front log management and reporting is integral to this process.
Ensure growth in AP OEM Process Segment through expanding relationships including the C-level leveraging multiple buying influences, eco-system collaboration and innovative and value-added solutions within worldwide/AP OEM Process Segment customers.
Assess the existing Business Development/Sales team against the skill sets required to drive the organization forward. Identify, attract and retain appropriate resources to execute the sales strategy. Create and maintain excitement and high energy across the entire sales team.
Drive the performance of the Business Development/Sales team against well communicated goals.
Provide direction and leadership to support the following activities: advertising, trade shows, key customer meetings, sales training conferences and distributor conferences within the Region.
Work closely with Rockwell Automation sales, channel, GOTC, and business unit to ensure alignment, plan, coordinate and execute projects.
