Shorecrest Preparatory School
Shorecrest Preparatory School seeks a Director of Enrollment Management & Financial Aid to oversee all aspects of admissions, recruitment and financial aid and direct the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to capture and communicate the core values of a Shorecrest education. This senior-level administrator reports directly to the Head of School.
The Director should be a team player who has a warm collaborative nature, positive energy, sense of humor, and possesses superior organization and prioritization skills. The successful candidate will be an accomplished manager who understands both systems and personnel, and demonstrates a commitment to guide Shorecrest in a strategic, data-driven approach to enrollment management.

Founded in 1923, Shorecrest is one of the oldest independent schools in Florida. The School enrolls students from age 3 through 12th grade and takes an approach to teaching which strikes a balance between the progressive and the pragmatic, developing lifelong learners who excel not only in colleges and universities, but also in their professional and personal adult lives.
