Manage Hiring, Termination, and Resignation process
Maintain Affirmative Action Plan
Develop, maintain, and evaluate Job Descriptions
Maintain Compliance Requirements
Administer Performance Appraisal process
Administer and maintain Wage and Salary plan
Manage Employee Training and Development program
Manage Employee Benefits
Assist and maintain development of Personnel Policies
Manage Payroll
Other:
Maintain Personnel Records.
Coordinator for Employee Assistance Program
Responsible for all administrative aspects of Worker’s Compensation except annual insurance renewals
Act as Credit Union Officer
Education and/or Experience: (Required)
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University in related field
Three to five years’ experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience required
A minimum of three years of supervisory experience required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:(Required)
Professional certification in human resources and or payroll required
Other Requirements:
Advanced computer skills to include MS Office
Effective communication and public speaking skills
