Lead a family of technology specialist helping to keep engineering standards in place across a discipline.
Lead teams with responsibilities of talent acquisition, management, career growth, team building, and mentoring.
Provide strategic direction and evangelism for their team.
Focus on what problems to solve and building the teams to figure out how.
Coordinate activities of the group, individual contributors and senior level personnel to meet project deadlines and deliveries.
Provide wide-ranging technical and logistical leadership on how best to position talent.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of leadership experience.
Experience managing technical team members.
Management experience within an agile environment.
Even better if you have:
Ten or more years of work experience within software development.
Experience with Amazon Web Service offering and deployments.
Experience with location based services.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $120,200 and $223,200 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
