CrossCountry Consulting's Risk and Compliance practice is rapidly growing and looking for technology risk professionals. Our Technology Risk Advisory services include IT strategy and governance, IT risk assessment, IT audit, cybersecurity, cloud security, privacy and data protection, systems pre- and post-implementation controls evaluation and advisory, systems development life cycle controls assessment, data governance & analytics, RPA (robotics process automation), disaster recovery, SOX and IT project risk management.

What You'll Do
    • Work on projects across Risk and Compliance, gaining skills and experience in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy/Protection, Internal Audit, Data Analytics, and RPA
    • Assess clients' technology landscapes, technology processes, and related risks
    • Analyze systems and processes with a focus on industry best-practice standards and frameworks in making recommendations for improvement
    • Support our clients with their implementation of SOX IT compliance initiatives and with their ongoing SOX compliance efforts, including controls testing
    • Perform IT general controls (ITGC), automated/application controls, and information produced by the entity (IPE) testing for our clients across a variety of applications and databases
    • Coordinate with external auditors on behalf of our clients, utilizing our industry knowledge and subject matter expertise
    • Partner with and gain valuable experience in 1st, 2nd and 3rd line functions of top-tier organizations
    • Develop dashboards and models using data analytics to provide greater insights to our clients
    • Develop bots using RPA to perform manual tasks more efficiently, allowing more time to deliver value-added activities for our clients
    • Support the growth of Intelligent Automation and Data Analytics (IADA) across the Risk and Compliance practice
    • Contribute towards the advancement and growth of CrossCountry's Risk and Compliance practice through internal initiatives such as recruiting and business development
    • Support engagement leaders by taking on project administration tasks (e.g., project setup and planning, budgeting, account management, billing)
    • Maintain and help grow client relationships
Desired Qualifications and Skills
    • 2+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
    • An understanding of IT audit methodologies, concepts, tools, and objectives
    • A working knowledge of risks and internal controls
    • Experience testing IT controls in a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) environment
    • Experience working with data analytics/visualization tools such as Galvanize, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, R, Python, etc.
    • Experience working with robotic process automation tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
    • Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
    • Enthusiasm, great sense of humor, and an ambitious spirit!
Desired Education
    • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in management information systems (MIS), computer information systems (CIS), accounting information systems (AIS), accounting, business, cybersecurity, or other technical disciplines
Desired Certification
    • Active holder of (or planned pursuit of) professional certification such as CISA, S+, AWS
