As our Staffing Senior, you will be responsible for leading the effort with skills and resume collateral, maintaining accurate staffing records, facilitating calls, and liaising with both consultants and leadership on staffing issues. The ideal candidate should be extremely personable, possess strong organizational skills, exhibit high emotional intelligence, be able to think creatively (outside the box), and problem solve in a timely manner. Managing the operational aspects of follow-up tasks and activities from staffing meetings
Liaising with Global Mobility and HR regarding new-hires and upcoming roles/requirements
Tracking and reporting of various visa programs and ensuring teams are aware of required transitions
Coordinating client interviews with consultants prior to engagement
Completing consultant background checks based on client requirements
Conducting regular check-ins with consultants across all markets to ensure alignment with skills and interests
Managing expectations with consultants
Updating records based on consultants' experience and original resume
Assisting with Retain training and support for our consultants
Supporting ad-hoc assignments and special projects
Supporting coordination with subcontractors
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in a professional services landscape or in a company involved in B2B sales
Experience with staffing tools or HRM systems
Proven communication skills and client service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Open and honest communicator with excellent organizational skills
Dynamic and creative problem solver
High energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
Education
A bachelor's degree (or higher)
