The Academic Dean has overall responsibility for the design, articulation and evolution of the school’s academic program and curricular vision. Specific areas of responsibility include: partnership with the Dean of Faculty and Department Chairs to support innovative pedagogy and curriculum; coordination of annual course offerings; preparation of the comprehensive class schedule; and oversight of student assessment. This position reports to the Head of School, is a member of the administrative team, and works closely with the Head of School and other administrators in the overall leadership and management of the school.
