Sr Director, Omni-Channel Digital Growth Strategy

The Senior Director, Omni-Channel Digital Growth Strategy will lead a team responsible for the development and execution of our omnichannel vision and priorities. The primary objective of this team is three-fold: partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to define and build an omni consumer growth vision and corresponding omni-channel experiences that reinforce our Enterprise purpose; ensure CVS Health is leading healthcare innovation, by providing consumers seamless access to unique services and products; and lastly ensuring that the proposition drives growth and improved health outcomes. Effectively, the Senior Director will work with the leaders of the Retail team and Enterprise Team as they develop and implement initiatives that will each have a profound impact on the future direction and performance of the company overall. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:Develop and Lead High Performing Teams: Build and lead a diverse team of both direct reports as well as cross-functional partners including Strategy, IT, Health Services, Supply Chain to deliver on the consumer omnichannel goals and vision. Apply Customer Mindset: Help shape overall consumer engagement in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and others to drive adoption and accelerate growth as we define and roll-out new concepts. Think Strategically: Identify strategic omni-channel priorities for CVS Health and work towards cracking the case. Work closely with CVS business leaders to identify key strategic questions, scope analysis, assign resources, manage execution and deliver results. You will establish well-supported solutions with specific recommendations that will enable the executive management team to make critical go/no go decisions. Oversee the evaluation of build versus partner options for experiences and lead implementation of resulting plans. Perform and Lead Quantitative Analysis: Scope and plan any and all financial and quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand related to the development of omni-channel tools and experiences as well as delivering the broader omni-channel goals for the organization. Understand the required data sets to complete the analyses and procure them accordingly. Manage the delivery of timely, zero-defect analyses, and serve as a "Player/Coach" in this role. Use Critical Communication Skills & Business Reporting: Communicate effectively, both verbally and on paper, at the most senior levels of the organization.
