IMSolutions seeks qualified and motivated Government Contracting (GovCon) and proposal professionals who are eager to take the next step as Business Development Capture Managers, winning professional services opportunities in the Federal Sector.
IMSolutions believes great Capture Managers are created by combining an individual’s inherent energy and talent and expanding it through training, mentorship, and hands-on support. We help you reach professional and compensation goals by providing an intensive 7-month growth program designed to create superior capability in the exciting and highly compensated Federal Capture field. This program will provide formal Capture Manager training, on-the-job training through all phases of GovCon activities, and mentorship from recognized Business Development professionals.
Upon completion of the program, IMSolutions Capture Managers will play a key role in the growth of IMSolutions by managing high-value opportunities from opportunity qualification and pre-RFP strategy development through contract award and launch.
Demonstratable experience in all phases of GovCon proposal activities (Proposal Manager Experience a plus)
Stellar writing skills (tested)
Excellent research and analysis skills
Excellent time management skills
Good to excellent capabilities in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Good critical thinking and decision foundation skills
Basic ability to design graphic concepts
Basic skills in MS Project and scheduling

Initial Salary: $70K - $80K (based on experience)
After a successful 7-month period, a salary increase and incentive compensation plan will be initiated
