Position Summary This is a full-time management role accountable for supporting leasing and maintaining the operational success of our 400k sq. ft. of Class A office space, including 40k sq. ft. of co-working and flexible workspace, mixed-use and retail. This role will also contribute to day-to-day operations of the overall property, including the shopping center and affiliated business units, maintaining the aesthetic of the center, maintaining a consistently high customer experience, and delivering service levels appropriate for a landmark, flagship shopping and mix-use destination. Essential Duties - Office / Bespoke Management
- Actively supports the overall business strategy and implementation for the office buildings and co-working space
- Drives rent to meet annual budget in partnership with leasing team and local brokers
- Builds and maintains relationships with local brokers, co-working and target company communities while staying on top of industry trends
- Reviews and understands leases and executes on the deliverables for each specific tenant
- Oversees the client journey from sales and lease execution to construction, move-in and onboarding
- Acts as the point of contact for tenant needs and efficiently resolves issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manages operating budget, actively identifying and implementing both revenue-generating and cost- saving initiatives
- P&L management including reporting, forecasting and annual budget
- Oversees third-party contracts and vendors, partners with facility team to improve operational efficiencies (HVAC, Security, fire safety, etc.)
- Partners with facility team to develop and execute capital investment plans including scope, schedule and budget
- Builds and maintains annual marketing plan for offices & co-working
- Shopping Center Management
- Deliver day-to-day operational excellence in accordance to established metrics and standards
- Work in partnership with Shopping Center Management, Facilities Management, Security and Risk Management teams/programs
- Ensures optimal performance and full compliance with health, safety, labor and environmental regulations.
- Manages corporate policies and procedures as related to process, reporting and documentation.
- Maintaining the aesthetic of the center with a consistently high customer experience and service level appropriate for a landmark, flagship shopping and mix-use destination.

- Business/Real Estate Knowledge/Experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in office/co-working/real estate/property/hospitality management level roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest for real estate and/or retail development, leasing property management operations.
- Ability to understand and interpret leases and other legal agreements.
- Negotiating skills in contract terms, project timelines and more.
