As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Project Finance with deal origination and execution of project finance transactions, as well as liaising with key stakeholders across the business. Working with top tier institutional clients, you will be responsible for supporting origination, credit risk and financial analysis, conducting company due diligence, legal documentation, commercial negotiations with sponsors and portfolio management. In addition, conducting ongoing industry research in order to expand and grow the bank's exposure to key clients is a vital part of your role and the overall growth initiatives of the firm.
You will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Finance or relevant discipline, coupled with 2-5 years' experience within corporate finance/project finance (infrastructure, PPP, energy preferred but not a prerequisite). It is expected that you will have sound experience in credit risk, financial analysis/modelling and exposure to origination/origination support and portfolio management. Strong communication skills and track record of executing deals are expected. You must hold full working rights in Australia.
