Position Summary:
The FP&A Manager will work closely with the Director of Finance Process and Systems, plant Controllers, and divisional CFOs to identify, develop, and deliver financial planning process improvements and align new processes to global strategy. The key activities supporting this function will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive key FP&A process improvement efforts
Partner with cross-divisional teams to support the execution of improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and senior leadership to drive awareness, adoption, and purchase intent of new concepts.
Assist in developing financial process documentation and improvement recommendations
Partner with the Information Systems team to ensure finance business requirements are met in development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Experienced leader in developing and driving FP&A process improvements:
A high energy leader with experience working with global, cross functional finance teams and a great sense of ownership: ‘it’s my business’ mentality
Experience researching, analyzing and proposing new financial systems/processes
A bias for action, and the ability to facilitate change.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with expertise in perpetual budgeting, change management, FP&A process mapping, and/or project management in a financial function.
Education:
BA in business, finance or related discipline
MBA strongly preferred
Preferred Skills:
CPA or Certified Corporate FP&A designation
Project Management Professional or other project leadership designation
