Middle Distillates Operator (Senior Operation Executive)

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Operations and overseeing 2 juniors
• Managing the operational duties from load port to disport for oil cargoes
• Drafting of contracts as per agreement and working with external counterparts to ensure qualities and quantities meet purchase and sales requirements
• Vessel terminal clearance and monitoring of voyage progression
• Working with traders to identify and capture potential benefits or losses arising from demurrage
• Knowledge of end to end operation in a trading firm

Skills and Competencies 

• Minimally 7 years of operations experience within the energy industry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work cohesively with internal stakeholders
