The Compliance & Information Management Analyst develops, implements, and maintains corporate-wide data storage systems, including business workflow programs, to ensure corporate information is properly maintained or disposed of, as applicable; Assists with information management and tracking for specified regulatory compliance programs.
Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for the Cooperative’s information management and data governance programs (Programs) by supporting Cooperative employees’ use and understanding of the Programs.
Serves as the subject matter expert for the Cooperative’s Programs by training and assisting Cooperative employees with retention, retrieval and/or disposal of corporate information, as applicable.
Performs information and data management activities such as maintaining corporate information repositories, change management, and the disposition of information pursuant to retention periods based on legal compliance and business needs.
Maintains a complete, and accurate, inventory of corporate information and possesses a strong familiarity with the related retention schedule for corporate information in various repositories.
Maintains the Cooperative’s compliance files, including Driver Qualifications and the like.
Evaluates the Cooperative’s Programs and related processes and procedures for needed improvements in order to implement and maintain such improvements.
Maintains compliant work processes according to applicable regulatory standards and corporate policies and programs.
The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Records Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organization skills and detail oriented.
Minimum Experience Required
Analyst II: Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
Analyst III: Minimum 4 years of related experience required.
