Compensation Programs Manager

POSITION PURPOSE This position is responsible for the ongoing management of global compensation programs, including executive compensation, variable pay programs and equity programs. At its core, this role will ensure Woodward's compensation programs drive strong alignment with our business objectives. The Compensation Programs Manager is primarily responsible for ownership of the market-based compensation programs for the entire Company. This includes both base/fixed pay and variable pay programs. This role will partner closely with business group HR leaders to ensure strong alignment between design and delivery of the respective programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement of our processes and standard work relating to compensation programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
