Compensation Programs Manager

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of market-based compensation systems, including both base and variable pay components
• Demonstrated solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for broad-based and executive compensation plans, including 409A
• Ability to exhibit solid ability in the areas of executive compensation analysis and plan administration
• Strong aptitude for and experience with automating processes
• Ability to demonstrate strong project management skills

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING

• US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Finance or related field.
• CCP/CEP, Certified Compensation Professional and/or Certified Equity Professional certifications highly desired.

EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years, Experience administering executive compensation and short- and long-term incentive plans and programs required.
• 5+ years, Minimum of five years' plan management experience in a corporate compensation department.
• 5+ years, Experience with presenting data and explaining technical compensation data.
