What you’ll be doing...
You will manage the team responsible for the underlying technology and visualizations that power the Digital Analytics team. The Digital Analytics Architecture designs and maintains the systems of record for our digital analytics including the Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Management, and Data Visualization implementations. With constantly evolving web and eCommerce solutions, you will ensure all properties are properly tracked and reporting is reliable, easy to comprehend, and supports stakeholders who rely on our data consistency.
Lead the team responsible for Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics implementations, ensuring tracking is reliable and properly implemented.
Optimize the analytics solution design reference (SDR) to account for new and evolving variables.
Working with cross-functional partners to pool data from various sources to enable stories to be told using data.
Build visualizations of disparate data sets via data visualization software (i.e. Tableau).
Identify new analytics software that builds on the team's capabilities and drives for greater understanding of performance.
Perform quality control of tagging and analytics implementation across platforms.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Program/Project management experience.
Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
Experience parsing data leveraging SQL, Python, and/or R.
Experience with one or more reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau or Thoughtspot.
Even better if you have:
Managed a team of individual contributors.
Knowledge of systems, master data and data architecture to pull data from numerous tables from multiple sources to be merged and analyzed.
Experience in creating solutions that minimize manual processes without sacrificing user flexibility.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and ad hoc projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and own end to end responsibilities for project execution.
Ability to manage and work with both technical and non-technical team/staff members.
Proven ability at engaging and influencing functional leaders and partners.
