Assistant Asset Manager/Asset Manager
We are looking for a positive, strategic, energetic and motivated person, to join a dynamic team to help support the Asset Management of the Residential Business line, around 3500 build to rent properties plus over 2000 student beds, shared ownership houses and flats, and more still to come. This will include working closely with our property managers; implementing, engaging and analysing the success of asset management initiatives on all aspects of income enhancement, collection and value growth. The individual will need to be analytical, ideally have experience in the residential sectors, be aware of growing ESG needs and can demonstrate experience in a understanding KPI's and reporting.
Working from home initially however when allowed to do so, will be based in London office/work across multiple sites in London. Occasional travel across the UK necessary. Reporting to the Head of Residential Asset Management. Drivers licence.
Regular site visits
Support in the production of the annual business plans for each asset.
Support in the preparation of budgets, and then monitoring actual vs budget.
Working closely with the Property Manager, help define the KPI's for the site team and support the team to hit the KPI targets.
Analyse performance through regular reporting, and adapt strategy to ensure that income is maximised, non-recoverable costs proactively managed & minimised, whilst protecting capital value.
