We are excited to be recruiting high potential candidates with a financial and analytical skill set to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. The opportunity will be in one of the areas below with our competitive energy business, NextEra Energy Resources (NEER):
Our Opportunity Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to interview with several of our commercial finance teams within NextEra Energy Resources (NEER) for current financial analyst openings.
Our Requirements: The successful candidate should be capable of understanding commercial opportunities, analyzing and articulating economic value, supporting the negotiation of deals with regulators and businesses, communicating with stakeholders, galvanizing support from internal subject matter experts. The successful candidate will be able to work aggressively and independently but also be a team player. Important skills include a bias for action, negotiations, project management, technical capability, and communications.
Key requirements include: You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Math or Economics) and a master’s degree is preferred. You get things done, get to the bottom of issues, and work with diverse group. You engage subject matter experts to obtain critical inputs and work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You communicate effectively through oral presentations, PowerPoint, and Excel. You have no trouble working independently and managing matrixed support teams. You want to change the world.
