As part of the new Change Management Center of Excellence, (CM COE) within the Office of the CIO, the Senior Change Management Analyst will help develop and execute change management strategies, communications plans and training solutions. This role will initially focus on developing and executing impactful training and communication strategies within the Managing the Work & Portfolio Outcomes Tribe.
The new CM COE is essential to the success of driving enterprise change management capabilities in alignment with Fidelity's technology strategy and the overall focus and vision of the Office of the CIO. This role will drive consistency in the enterprise change approach through a centralized change model by ensuring consistent practices and change strategies.
Fidelity's technology strategy presents changes across people, process and technology, with much of the technology change centered around an overhaul to the firm's foundational technologies that will enable our transformation to a digital company. In addition, several ongoing change events are impacting Fidelity's technology community. As we move into the execution phase for these change events, we need to create energy across the associate community and clarity of how the work connects to the strategy to ensure successful execution while also continuously measuring and validating adoption.
The Change Management COE is a new function supporting the work focused on overhauling and transforming our practices for portfolio, program and project management in alignment with our Agile changes underway. The group will bring alignment across Fidelity's technologist community with a single enterprise-wide set of processes, standards, policies and tools.
The Expertise You Have
Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Technology
Enterprise-wide change leader with experience in driving results, standard methodologies, and strategic change initiatives
Outstanding communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Change Management expertise in successful implementation, adoption and ongoing maintenance of new programs and processes.
The Skills You Bring
Strong understanding of change management planning, communications, training and execution strategy
Ability to build and drive a portfolio of change initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives and associate needs
Self-motivated standout colleague with strong interpersonal skills who brings energy and passion to the team
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the enterprise
Experience using agile tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
Aptitude for technology a plus
Ability to envision the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail
Proven track record of operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Demonstrated PowerPoint / graphic design skills
