This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the global institutional marketing strategy. The primary focus of the role is the activation and execution of client-led, digital-first, global marketing programmes and campaigns, with a particular focus on delivering content marketing across the various formats and channels. The role will also support lead nurturing and other digital marketing initiatives, working across various client segments, asset classes and regions as determined by the strategy.
Key Work Level Accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities for this role:
Develop and deliver content marketing activation plans to support global institutional marketing programmes and campaigns across different client segments
Create and deliver innovative, fully-integrated campaigns across the marketing mix that will focus on both owned and paid channels, with a focus on online initiatives including social outreach
Create content marketing objectives, KPI's and budget proposals
Monitor the effectiveness of activities against expectations to ensure content is fully optimized, measured by conversion activities
Deliver effective email marketing campaigns with strong engagement
Support lead generation and nurturing to support growth initiatives
Ensure the consistency of materials within the overall brand guidelines
Keep abreast of competitors, trends in the industry, regulatory changes etc.
Support other key internal marketing projects as required
Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Several years' relevant experience gained in marketing to an institutional audience, international experience an advantage
Strong investment knowledge across asset classes including both public and private markets
Good understanding of the different institutional client segments including pensions &insurers
Successful track record in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans from idea creation, development and delivery
Excellent project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to write good, clear, modern but grammatically correct English for an Institutional audience
Educated to degree level. Relevant post-graduate marketing would be an advantage
