This position is responsible for operational leadership of repair centers located globally and inventory management of assets and spare parts to support Asset Management and Repair business needs. This includes management of a combined direct and indirect staff of 200+ employees in total.
Specific requirement to focus on development and execution of global delivery strategy for the Asset Management & Reliability business, including processes, systems and people and an understanding of KPIs around business performance, both financial and customer experience.
Lead the Remanufacturing area in daily operations which include but are not limited to: supply chain production control, establishing priorities, coordination of activities with off-shift management and order shipments.
Drive policy deployment for area including KPI charts, action plans and countermeasures. Coordinate operations and maintenance support for the Remanufacturing area. Heavy focus to create and execute a strategy that exceeds customer expectations relative to quality and timeliness for repair.
Manage financial performance to P&L associated with delivery actions for the business. Partner closely with finance and regional teams to understand business trends and make operational adjustments appropriately to support business needs that are in alignment with AOP.
Lead and monitor projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost.
Creates the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work/processes are followed, countermeasures implemented and the area is compliant with safety requirements
Where necessary, demonstrate creative problem solving solutions to meet challenging customer requirements to support of customer assets.
Ability to commercially represent the Remanufacturing capabilities and processes to customers.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to support critical customer requirements as needed.

Identifying, establishing, and fostering strong working relationships at all organizational levels is crucial to this role.
BS Degree, Engineering is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years' experience with industrialization, plant engineering, electronics manufacturing/ repairs, and inventory management are required.
7+ years leadership experience related to a repair and/or production facility is required. Experience managing direct reports is required. Experience directly within a plant is preferred.
Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organization with little or no direct reporting responsibility (e.g. proven effective influencer) is required.
Strong computer (MS Office) skills are required.
