The candidate is expected to provide execution service to Asian Independent Asset Managers (IAM) and provide professional institutional level trade ideas and market updates based on the bank's views. The incumbent will work closely with Front Office and End-clients on pricing and execution of multiple products. This role is part of the Independent Asset Management Direct Access team at Investment Advisory & Sales (IAS), Product Management Group. Responsibilities
Contribute to the team revenue target & Year on Year revenue growth.
Pricing and execution in multiple products.
Accurate and prompt execution of orders in fast-moving markets for client.
Manage large flow of volumes for pricing and execution.
Regularly come up with market opportunity and trading ideas by understanding various economic forces and correlation in the market.
Ensure clear understanding of margining rule at product & portfolio level.
Responsible for managing execution needs for Independent Asset Managers segment, with strong focus on listed derivatives.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with front office sales teams.
Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
Address and resolve dealing / product related queries and issues of both internal/external clients, including order status monitoring, prompt reporting of trades.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including relationship managers, Middle Office and Back Office,
counterparties and brokers.
Ensure high standards of service and stay risk conscious in execution.
Continuously enhancing workflows to achieve the organization goals of efficiency gains and risk reduction.
Compliance / Regulatory Aspects
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies as applicable.
Adherence to BOS dealing procedures
Ad hoc projects in relation to specific aspects of execution, automations, and desk activities.
Degree holder with minimum 5-8 years dealing experience, preferably in a wealth management set-up.
