O Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices
O Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond
O Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Actively leads the sales-to-service process, serving as an Architect Level SME assisting clients with integrating Workday into their current business environments and recommending best practices
Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system
Manage technical data conversion issues, and communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion
Expertly resolve issues and communicate recommendations and solutions
Answer all inquiries on a timely basis, completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Manage project resource utilization and allocation with internal staffing organization
Work collaboratively with internal Intellectual Property organization to develop project accelerators
Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards
Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agreed upon timelines for reporting deliverables
Reviews communications for content and consistency with engagement strategy, scope, contract, and client needs
Identifies new opportunities across existing/new clients
Able to identify key project risks and escalate or adjust project appropriately
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
10+ years of professional services experience in a client facing role at a leading consulting firm, Big Four accounting firm, or commensurate experience
2+ years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion with a Workday deployment partner --OR-- Workday HCM, FINS, or Payroll certification with significant experience in data migration
Advanced or Expert with ETL tools, HCM and/or FDM data gathering workbooks, and data loading tools (iLoads, Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Migration Recipes, etc.)
Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) as well as data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits
Understanding of data modelling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools such as Tableau and SQL
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships, drive client conversations and managed escalated issues with clients
Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight under tight deadlines
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Excellent communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
High energy, enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humor !
A Note on Travel: For the past year+ we have delivered projects remotely with much success, though we do plan to travel again in the near future. Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the standard Monday-Thursday travel schedule that you'll find at other large firms. We expect travel to be roughly 20-25% (could be more or less) but we'll continue to monitor this area and adapt as needed
