We are searching for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team located at our manufacturing facility in Lake Forest, IL.
As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of the Company's financial statements. The role provides exposure and development in U.S. GAAP and SEC rules. It interfaces with Finance and non-finance professionals in Accounting and across business and corporate functions such as Investor Relations, Treasury and Legal.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the coordination and preparation of information included in earnings releases, annual report, Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and other SEC filings.
Assist in drafting of new footnote requirements
Research accounting issues and new accounting standards impacting the SEC reporting process.
Provide support to external auditors during audits and interim reviews.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting of financial results to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Other projects may include assisting to draft accounting policies, implementation of accounting standards, and process improvement efforts related to accounting and financial reporting.

We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred)
5+ years of related professional corporate accounting or finance experience and proficient in applying GAAP
Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Icing on the cake:
Experience using automated financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Hyperion Planning, and HFM
ActiveDisclosure or any other SEC reporting solution experience
