The Field Vice President leads the design and execution of the field office plan, including national and local strategies, with franchisees, staff and agency partners to grow restaurant visit share, cash flow, and operating income while improving customer satisfaction. Field Vice President’s form high challenge, high support relationships with Franchisees to keep morale high and manage strong business relationships.
Manages financial performance of field office in partnership with field finance officer.
Oversees business unit operations.
Builds, directs and supports execution of strategic franchising plan in partnership with national franchising team.
Develops and shares a strong, diverse pipeline of talent for the market and the system.
