We have an opportunity for Inside Sales Representative based in Charlottesville, Virgina.The position of Inside Sales Representive is within our US Sales Team located at Charlottesville, Virginia. This role will have the responsibility of supporting outside United States sales team activity for the US and oUS teams. The RAM will work closely with the US and oUS Sales team partners, Informatics Executives (IE), VP and Director, Sales & Operations as well as vendor partners, customers, prospective customers. In addition, the RAM must work effectively with internal customers including Operations, Legal, and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Flexible work hours that align with needs of US and oUS teams. Majority of business and activity focus will be in Europe.
Assist in developing oUS best practices that align with US processes
Manage RFP and tender processes in coordination with oUS sales team
Deliver product and pricing information to partners and customers in a timely and efficient manner with correct information
Effectively follow-through and follow-up with customer requests to ensure exceptional service with a high level of urgency and responsiveness to customer requests
Accurately maintain a database of customers and prospects to accurately reflect account information and revenue forecasts using SalesForce.Com (SFDC)
Assist in coordinating licensing and contracting activities for sales
Research account histories for accurate quoting
Responsible for maximizing contract term and profitability
Demonstrates commitment to adherence to Quality processes and procedure.
Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
Demonstrates accountability for complying with local and global Quality System requirements.
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job. Has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Associates Degree Required and/or 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
Experience in price - value contract negotiations preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail in administrative functions.
Ability to operate independently without frequent supervision or guidance.
Strong computer skills required including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool such as SFDC environment.
Learning new technical information quickly and thoroughly in a rapidly changing environment.
Thorough understanding of financial dynamics (pricing, profitability, contract management, opportunity costs as well as improved patient outcome through financial savings).
