As a key member of the Sales Finance team, you will support a variety of financial activities such as planning, analysis and reporting for the Sales function. This includes reporting of financial results, forecasts, annual planning process, variance analysis, data consolidation and special projects. This is a great opportunity for an early finance professional to develop their professional skills necessary for growth in one of the world's most well-known and respected consumer products companies.
You will have the opportunity to:
Support actual, forecast, and annual plan reporting for the Sales function, which includes field sales, ecommerce and category management
Daily Sales Reporting to Senior Management
Coordinate forecast inputs and work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data
Communicate critical financial information from Sales to the broader organization, working closely with Corporate and Business Unit finance teams
Support Sales initiatives, including Customer Profitability analysis and Commissions
Partner with the ecommerce team for profitability improvements and new areas of growth
KPI monitoring, reporting and analysis
Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as required

We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
2-3 years of related professional Accounting or Finance experience.
Proficient in MS Office; high proficiency in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically.
Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
Icing on the cake:
CPG experience a plus
SAP experience a plus
CPA/CFA certification a plus, or in process of completing
