This position will support the sales team for a fun and fast-paced workplace. This will mean wearing multiple hats at times in order to get the job done. Assist in lead generation and account research
Client follow-up on estimates and contracts out for approval (chasing the signature)!
Initial contract processing for the sale reps
Coordinate projects as assigned by the Sr. Director, Business Development
Provide customer support for clients
Input of sales notes for sales reps and managing opportunities
Maintenance of sales marketing materials
Coordinate the client gift process
Developing and managing spreadsheets and reports
Compile Monthly Performance Report
Update SalesForce as needed
Produce and manage monthly advertising billing review
Process monthly advertising statistic reports
Track and process monthly sales budgets and commissions
Project digital advertising impressions
Skills & Experience.
3 years of previous experience in administrative services, working in a sales department is preferred
You must have a High School Diploma; a college degree or college coursework is great if possible.
You must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
You are digitally savvy. You’re comfortable and knowledgeable on computers. SalesForce experience is a plus!
We are looking for someone reliable & organized. Experience with a digital task management system is a plus.
You have a sunny disposition & positive energy. People feel at ease around you. You aren’t afraid to pick up a phone and you are willing to work with customers to solve problems if necessary.
