As an Assistant Tax Manager, you will be joining the global tax team in a multinational energy business. The role centres around international tax advice and support on various projects. Key responsibilities: Provide clear, practical and business focused advice on the tax implications of projects and tenders. Manage overseas tax enquiries and tax audits, and ensure that all dealings with tax authorities are conducted in an open and professional manner. Design and implement tax processes to ensure compliance obligations are met, tax risks identified and addressed, and appropriate records are maintained. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on specific projects, including financing, cash repatriation, acquisitions and disposals.
