The Role: SVP, Global Head of People Experience Grade: 18 (relevant to internal only) Location: NYC, London, Colorado and Charlottesville The Team: The SVP, Global Head of People Experience leads the transformation and integration for the end-to-end people experience. This role is accountable for all initiatives across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, People Services, People Technology and People Analytics. The Impact: Oversee all aspects of the People Experience across S&P Global including People Technology, People Services, Payroll, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, People Analytics. Drive key people practices and initiatives and provide strategic direction and expertise across the People Organization.
