Work you'll do
As a Workforce Governance & Risk Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, regulatory controls, talents capabilities, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Working on future- focused strategic topics such as future of work, work-from-anywhere, and elevating the talent experience.
Applying industry experience to support our clients with crafting sustainable workforce strategies to mitigate risks
Working closely with a large team to deliver and drive impactful business results for your client.
Supporting teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success.
Maintaining a hands-on role to deliver high quality and innovative solutions.
Building and managing client and internal relationships to contribute to your individual growth and development.
Supporting the hyper-growth of the Workforce Governance & Risk solution through new business development and eminence creation (i.e., points of view, white papers, etc.).

2+ years of experience in Human Capital consulting
1+ years of experience in project management
1 + years of experience problem-solving ability that leverages structured, logical thinking, with knowledge of growth strategy development and market assessment frameworks
1+ years of experience in oral and written communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint slide building and proficiency in storyboarding
1+ years of experience with collaborative workstyle and ability to effectively work remotely while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of experience with intrinsic-motivation, pride of ownership, and intellectual curiosity
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Demonstrated knowledge of HR workforce operations functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Governance & Risk, HR Operations, HR Compliance, Gap Assessments and Employment Regulations
Experience operating in or consulting in highly regulated industries, including but not limited to, Financial Services, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Natural Resources, etc.
Strong teaching and mentoring capabilities reflected in effective writing, presentation, one-on-one discussion, and other learning experiences
Federal or state-level legislative and/or regulatory experience on HR and employment law issues preferred
Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with competing priorities
JD or paralegal training and experience
