We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide operating support to the Branch Managers, District Vice Presidents, and advisors in this key growth location. This key business partner will be a vital in ensuring the successful onboarding of new professionals along with supporting the District Vice Presidents.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Local point of contact for all new associates
Works with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technology
Guides PEP thru onboarding process
Assists with exam prep and scheduling
Is a partner with Onboarding Manager
Works with DMs in office around interview prep material and organizes.
Works with DMs to ensure data in Smartsheet is accurate
Ensures DMs have resources for meetings
Preps interview materials for DMs
Works in concert with Talent Acquisition and follows up w/ leads as needed
This role is required to be in office
