Job Description
The Program Manager, ExO - Digital Engineering, owns establishing a value delivery roadmap for capabilities that span multiple business functions, and delivery of the roadmap in a SAFe framework. This position requires deep engagement in understanding business strategy and vision, collaborating with multiple product owners, business and IT stakeholders, customers and partners, and strong communication skills. This position will be responsible for managing multifunction and multi-vendor efforts to plan, implement, and support solutions. Manage the integration and/or development and execution of deliverables directly to the customer & RA channels. Global collaboration and program/support coordination will be needed. In this role, you will:
- Be responsible to develop and mature capabilities primarily focused around eCommerce and related capabilities
- Collaborate and shape business case with business stakeholders driving clarity on scope and OKRs
- Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Be responsible for creating and maintaining a forward looking roadmap and backlog that is well positioned 3-4 PIs ahead of execution
- Be responsible for scoping and delivering end-to-end solutions that span multiple business and technology teams
- Responsible for the overall schedule, budget and scope of the initiative
- Provide program management support to Product Management or service team in launching new products/work or service offering; maintain and execute detailed operations-readiness & change management plan.
- Develop and manage high-level program strategy, as well as detailed execution plan. And execute on set strategy and detailed plan.
- Work with key stakeholders across multiple functions to define strategy and requirements to execute enterprise wide initiatives
- While not responsible for architecting and designing solutions, must have the acumen and expertise to understand customer/business needs, strategy and vision to facilitate discussions with the right stakeholders in order to translate into solution outcomes desired
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
SKEE ( Skills , Education, Experience )
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- 10 + years of work experience in portfolio and program management in a SAFe delivery framework, delivering transforming capabilities, in a global execution footprint.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Experience with delivering large initiatives and outcomes in an Agile/SAFE framework
- Extensive background and experience with B2B solutions such as eCommerce and customer self service - is a plus
- Experience with SalesForce platform driven capabilities is a plus
- Ability to establish OKRs and metrics, measure outcomes and negotiate future investments
- Extensive change management experience serving as a change agent to unify the organization towards common objectives and outcomes (within the program setting) and drive adoption
- Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced & fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations, with ability to succeed amidst ambiguity
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop process that drives scale.
- Adept at working with different systems and making recommendations on improvements for both systems and processes.
- Leveraging technology to invent, improve, and scale.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload.
- Ability to handle the day-to-day management of tasks, prioritization and resolution of problems and issues and experience in implementing action plans to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Experience managing the overall delivery through the aligned team
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills
- Further education in business administration, operations or project management.
IPC ( Complex Information processing capabilities):
- Experience with Lead to Cash end to end process simplification and driving digital maturity
- Strong analytical skills; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps (i.e. measure business value delivery metrics)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Seek out and embrace relevant perspectives when assessing a situation or deciding; demonstrate clear understanding of multiple viewpoints.
