Practice Manager
Location: Remote - United States
Kalypso is seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a capability/industry Practice Manager.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a professional environment, thrive in a creative and collaborative workplace, and take ownership of their work. This role requires an individual who is extremely thorough and organized, is willing to tackle any task and has excellent judgement and prioritization skills. We are looking for someone with high energy who is willing to dig in and problem solve. This role is full-time and is 80-90% virtual with 10-20% travel.
Responsibilities:
* Work with Practice Leads to support development of practice growth strategy and plan
* Coordinate with Senior Executives and clients daily to schedule meetings, calls, assist in firm-wide administrative work and other tasks as required
* Work with Kalypso Marketing team to support account and event planning, as well as post-event lead follow-up activities
* Support development and execution of account-based marketing programs, working with account leads to develop targeted vehicles intended to expand our reach and revenue in key clients
* Ensure all marketing collateral and thought leadership is accessible to our team
* Maintain CRM accuracy with Practice Leadership
* Communicate practice reporting and metrics on a weekly/quarterly basis
* Assist in proposal development, RFP and RFI process
* Work with leads to plan and facilitate the schedule and plan for weekly learning sessions
* Maintain and share Practice Knowledge base with the team
* Manage new hire or new employee onboarding for the practice and practice training initiatives both internally and with our software vendors.
* Support the talent team and practice leadership with recruiting and staffing efforts
* Support yearly bottom up strategic practice planning
* Provides mentorship and guidance to the team
* Superior organizational and time management skills
* Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives
* Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives
* Excellent project management, time management and organization skills
* Ability to establish effective and collaborative relationships in a virtual team environment across the US, Europe and Mexico
* Situational leadership - ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, external clients and vendors
