Job Summary:
Directs a staff responsible for managing all aspects of broad, diverse, complex projects/processes/programs including planning, execution, and timing. Participates in the development of overall objectives and long-term goals of the organization. Identifies and coordinates interdependencies across divisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree equivalent in business, computer science or related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Five (5) years directly related experience in a systems development/operations environment. Experience in project/process/program management discipline required. Strong basic management, human relations, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
The IT Team Manager for the Enterprise Collaboration and Communications (ECC) Governance Team will have the exciting opportunity to define the strategic direction for several technology areas within ECC. This position will engage with many functional areas within the company to identify, govern and deliver on strategies, opportunities, and solutions using modern technology applications and platforms.

Job Description:
Selects, trains, develops, and motivates a staff of exempt, technical and process-oriented employees. Energize people, empower teams, align constraints, develop competence, grow structure, and focus and support a culture of Innovation and continuous improvements. Influence senior management to empower them and their team. Align with Corporate Strategy. Leads and directs information technology teams, identifying needs and opportunities for automating processes and functions, and provides leadership for development and maintenance activities. To lead, architect, and manage a team of project and product managers to delivery strategic initiatives. The Manager will oversee ECC Strategy through tight collaboration with peer, stakeholders, Application Development Managers, shared support teams, and the Solutions Management team in managing the overall program's business case, scope, value delivery, and finances. This includes being the champion of our organization's Agile transformation and Renewal Manifesto.
Responsibilities:
As a manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with project management experience, helping our internal customers solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver Enterprise Collaboration and Communications Strategic initiative all the way thru implementation and market launch
Responsible for collaboration and planning of Strategic Initiatives, demand management, and IT capacity management with key business partners, while adhering to project management disciplines, development methodologies, and architectural standards.
Mange O365 Licensing and associated technologies
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen including fostering a culture of Agile Project Management discipline within the IT team and among the stakeholders
Mentor and coach project managers and business analysts to successfully deliver solutions
Execute goal setting and with business owners and senior leaders and contribute to operational alignment
Facilitate the identification and selection of technology and business solutions
Alignment with Business and IT on Renewal initiatives and agile software development practices
Work with other IT and Business Leadership to determine priorities and resolve resource constraints.
Knowledge of O365 Guidance provided to Project Architects to develop project level requirements and establish compliance with business architecture, enterprise, and functional area strategic roadmaps
Evaluate risks and develop plans and actions to mitigate those risks
Assist business partners and business transformation teams in the identification, prioritization, and documentation of systems enhancements.
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Manage IT project delivery by ensuring the integrated solution delivers on the success criteria using quantitative and qualitative methods and metrics.
Address project issues and risks and builds commitment with delivery team and business partners
Collaborate effectively in business partner relationships when defining business requirements and success criteria
Negotiate competing requirements across business owners and set project direction with business leaders and delivery leads
Exhibit critical thinking by seeing outcomes and providing direction when there are multiple stakeholders and solutions
Build in mitigation plans anticipating dependencies and risks and actively refactor project plans and expectations with business and delivery teams throughout project delivery
Demonstrate consultative skills in solving problems by using technical and business insight to inform the facilitation of developing objectives and approach
