Work you'll do
As a Workday Functional Senior Consultant- Healthcare, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Lead Workday Functional projects for large, global clients
Gathering business requirements
Build consensus around business processes and design
Communication of Workday capabilities
Manage on and offshore resources
Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
Configuration of Workday application
Serve as mentor to junior staff

Our Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday's largest clients. We have over 1000 Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensive and complex projects in North America and we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people to join our Workday community.
4+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
Experience leading at least 4 large, full life cycle Workday implementations
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with excel, Visio and Power point
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Workday HCM certified
Basic skills and experiences would include at least 2-3 years of deploying Workday in Healthcare
Workday deployment experience outside of Healthcare acceptable, but Healthcare, Academic Medical Center/University preferred
ME/Launch and/or LE experience
Healthcare ERP experience in other ERP solutions (Infor/Lawson, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Ulti/Kronos, Premier) - legacy and/or Cloud (transferrable to Workday with training/certification)
Healthcare industry experience (client-side, vendor, etc.)
Supply Chain operations experience in a hospital or health system
Healthcare Finance experience
Technical integration / conversion experience - developing conversion and/or integrations with Epic, Meditech, Cerner, EDI integrations, GPOs, etc.
Grants experience -Workday Financials and Grants Management
