Overview Business Strategy team will lead engagement with senior business leaders across BNYM to discuss the progress of the COE program inclusive of Production, Change, Strategy, and Target Operating Model in an effort to further enhance the transparency and partnership across the enterprise. The team will help identify opportunities to streamline process, strategy and drive change.
