Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university Reports to:  Director of Operations Primary Responsibilities:  Oversee and direct all aspects of the Extended Day and Co-Curricular programs, including hiring, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation of employees;  managing the budget; generating revenue for the school; planning and executing summer programs; organizing vacation camps; and possibly other initiatives which support community connections. Ensure that the mission of the school, as well as the values of excellence, wellness, joy, and belonging permeate the programs and that the needs of a vibrant and diverse community are met.
